P’OP offers schools the possibility to promote new dynamics in their teaching teams. P’OP provides State recognised training, guiding teachers in their path to re-think their profession in the digital era. Our approach is very flexible, targeted and scalable in order to meet teachers’ questions, observations and needs.

(RE) DEFINING THE SCHOOL CULTURE AND ITS ISSUES – ½ day workshop with the management

P’OP listens and absorbs the specificities of your school: What is your identity and how are your objectives defined? What are the educational challenges? What tools are available to the school to solve the students’ difficulties?

We establish an accurate and confidential overview of the current situation.

PROBING – ½ day workshop with the teaching team

After presenting its concrete method P’OP will listen, to fully understand teachers’ expectations, to recognise their diversity, taking into consideration seniority, expectations, frustrations, fears, motivation to commit, used tools.

TRAINING – 1 day workshop with the teaching team

P’OP will host three workshops to help teachers to co-construct new ways of teaching.

Workshop 1: How to build my course? How to interest students, make them active? How to evaluate them?
Workshop 2: How to take advantage of new technologies? How to understand the “digital natives”? How to exploit ICT?
Workshop 3: How to evolve as a teacher? How to manage your professional development, how to improve?

SUSTAINING – monthly meetings

P’OP will regularly monitor through follow up activities and analysis, in order to understand teachers’ difficulties, and overcome these challenges with customised solutions.
The objective of this monitoring: sustain the changes.
